Please bring an index card with the details about your wine (or index card sized piece of paper).  On the front of the card put details about the wine: Vintner, region, price, year, etc. When you turn your wine in to Marc, also give him the card, face down, which will be marked with the same letter as your bottle. This will help speed things up for tallying at the end.
